Philip Wayne is a Florida personal injury attorney dedicated to helping injury victims navigate some of the most difficult moments of their lives. He founded Wayne Law Firm with a simple philosophy: every client deserves direct access to their attorney, personalized attention, and aggressive representation.
Phil graduated from the Florida State University College of Law in 2017 and began his legal career with the Public Defender's Office, where he gained extensive courtroom and trial experience, developing the litigation and advocacy skills that continue to benefit his clients today.
After leaving the Public Defender's Office, Phil joined one of the larger personal injury firms in the Orlando area, representing individuals injured in car accidents, truck accidents, motorcycle accidents, slip and falls, and other negligence cases. During his time there, he recovered more than $50 million for injured clients through settlements and litigation.
Drawing on that experience, Phil founded Wayne Law Firm to provide a different client experience. Rather than treating clients as file numbers, he intentionally maintains a more manageable caseload so he can devote the time, attention, and strategy that every case deserves.
